The Lead Stocker trains bussers, maintains par levels, and upholds FIFO practices to minimize waste while delivering efficient service to guests in a fast‑paced casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8‑hour shift.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Stock serving lines, dessert stations, and side stations with dishes, silverware, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Pick up and replenish food, linen, china, and other inventory while maintaining par levels.
• Train and assist bussers with stocking responsibilities.
• Keep service, storage, and work areas clean and organized.
• Handle products properly to minimize waste and breakage.
• Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, and FIFO inventory practices.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest needs professionally.
• Communicate guest concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
