Job summary

ASM Global in Long Beach is seeking a Dishwasher Lead to oversee daily stewarding operations for high-volume events at the Long Beach Amphitheater. You will lead staff, manage dishware, and ensure sanitation and safety across kitchen areas.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will coordinate staffing, monitor equipment, and support event services to keep back-of-house operations running smoothly during concerts and games.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in stewarding or kitchen operations in a high-volume venue.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations during events (games, concerts, functions).
• Coordinate staffing based on event schedules and projected volume.
• Ensure cleaning, resetting, and distribution of dishware and equipment.
• Support culinary teams to maintain smooth back-of-house operations during peak times.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and reset.
