Responsibilities

• Follows Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and/or Culinary Supervisors assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Prepares food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, temperatures, rotation, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, walk-ins, storage areas, walls, floors and drains.
• Ensures all food prep equipment is clean, sanitized, and in safe working condition; reports issues to Chefs.
• Identifies and stores ingredients according to established standards.
• Participates as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service and delivery of product.
• Maintains a pleasant attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
