LEGENDS Global Moscone Center in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Dishwasher Steward to supervise dishwashing operations, manage inventories of china, glass and silver, and ensure sanitation across kitchen and back-of-house areas. The role requires coordinating staff, maintaining par levels, and supporting banquet functions to meet stringent quality standards.

Candidates should be 18+, with 2+ years in Food & Beverage, and able to lift heavy items.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull heavy equipment.
• Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting required.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Strong ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
• Results oriented with ability to meet timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Must adhere to all food codes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Use equipment only as intended and maintain its condition.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Ensure staff report for work and manage breaks.
• Coordinate interruptions and updates to assignment sheets.
• Check and replenish supplies to maintain par levels.
• Inspect storage areas and rectify deficiencies.
• Ensure stations have proper supplies and cleanliness.
• Review kitchen and service needs with stewarding.
• Coordinate Banquet function requirements as assigned.
• Review equipment pull sheets and ensure timely collection and staging.
• Monitor par levels of operating equipment.
• Comply with State Health regulations and address violations.
• Assist Stewarding staff as needed to maintain standards.
• Submit maintenance work orders and contact Engineering for urgent repairs.
• Accommodate requests for additional wares promptly.
