Job summary

Legends is seeking a Lead Steward to oversee all stewarding staff at AT&T Stadium. The role reports to the Manager for Training & Food Safety and requires strong leadership, attention to cleanliness, safety, and confidential handling of food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years in a high-volume kitchen, with flexibility for long hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms and equipment for cleanliness and order
• Direct efficient cleaning of all areas including walls and floors
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of operations
