Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Ability to maintain product inventory and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of all stewards, utility and contract service workers.
• Monitor and implement proper cleaning and sanitation practices in all kitchens.
• Control storage and inventory of all china, glass and silver.
• Inspect kitchens and storerooms to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Ensure work areas are safe and report unsafe conditions.
