Qualifications

0–1 year experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor or similar role.
Open availability for both daytime and nighttime schedules.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct staff, including temporary personnel.
Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of kitchen, storage, loading dock and related areas.
Check dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical use and temperature standards.
Clean and dry floors to prevent slips and falls.
Coordinate linen and napkin delivery to ensure timely availability.
Set up banquet functions and assist culinary team with plating and transport.
Ensure dirty china, glassware and silverware are washed and stored properly.
Handle trash and respond to guest requests as needed.
