Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble trays, single instruments, and various supplies per policy.
• Inspect instrumentation for cleanliness, sharpness, and functionality.
• Operate decontamination and sterilization equipment following safety protocols.
• Monitor biological indicators to ensure sterilization integrity.
• Lead picking and wanding of surgical supplies to avoid delays.
• Provide training, coaching, and competency sign-offs for staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
