Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in sterile processing.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician credential or Certified Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician credential.

Responsibilities

• Sterile Processing Expertise: Decontamination, cleaning, packing, sterilization, storage and distribution of medical equipment.
• Mentorship and Training: Guide junior staff and assist in training new employees.
• Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain sterilization supplies and ensure equipment availability.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Uphold department standards and complete ongoing education.
