Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, is seeking staff to assist the supervisor in planning and monitoring daily workflow. You will guide staff to maintain efficient operations, assist with new employee orientation, and participate in QA/QC and continuous improvement efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site position with union-based compensation. Qualifications include 18+ years old, demonstrated leadership, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English; strong oral/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily workflow in the area.
• Provide direction for staff to ensure efficient work flow.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
• Monitor QA/QC activities and the physical environment; participate in continuous improvement.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
