Qualifications

• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning daily workflow and guide staff.
• Provide orientation and training for new employees.
• Maintain area expertise and perform technical duties per policies; monitor QA/QC and assist with improvement.
