Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous sterile process experience.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge in surgical supply processing and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, disinfect, and decontaminate instruments per policies and standards.
• Assist with coordination of instrument turnaround to support operating rooms.
• Oversee designated service lines and communicate workflow with OR staff and management.
• Maintain sterilization records and quality control logs for compliance.
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure supplies are stocked and available.
