Job summary

You will lead quality control, safety programs, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with surgical service leaders to optimize patient care and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required OR 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of surgical services/sterile processing experience.
• Experience in leadership roles in a large acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sterile processing division.
• Staffing, scheduling, education and performance reviews for the division.
• Maintain capital and operating budgets and monitor productivity, safety and quality initiatives.
• Ensure aseptic/sterile technique adherence and regulatory compliance across instruments and supplies.
• Coordinate with surgical services leaders to ensure adequate workflow and timely case readiness.
