Qualifications

• CRCST certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CSPDT certification preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing and assembly of medical supplies and instruments with user departments.
• Maintain adequate quantities of reprocessed supplies and equipment.
• Evaluate products used in production as they pertain to the processing function.
• Operate and maintain departmental equipment.
• Maintain records required by management or external agencies.
• Schedule hours and assign duties to ensure efficient department operation.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend actions as needed.
• Establish and maintain departmental quality control systems.
• Inspect areas to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
