Grant Aviation, Inc. in Alaska is seeking a Station Agent Lead based in Dillingham to oversee ramp operations and support RSAs in daily tasks. You will manage opening/closing, passenger assistance, and loading procedures to ensure safe, efficient service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train a team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and valid DL are required, with eligibility for hazmat training and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a 10-year background check and to work in the US.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Subject to the 12-month training requirements for hazmat.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented individual to anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
• Ability to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp services and open/close operations.
• Assist passengers with special needs and manage baggage and freight.
• Coordinate flight schedules, routing, and loading operations.
• Supervise ramp activities and report safety issues.
• Lead, motivate, and train the ramp team.
