Responsibilities

• Direct statewide library development programs and advisory support.
• Oversee bureau operations, staff supervision, workflow planning, and resource management.
• Manage federal and state aid programs, review applications, track reporting, and support compliance.
• Build partnerships with libraries, agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Support statewide priorities, identify needs, provide recommendations, and represent the agency in meetings.
