Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an experienced In-Mold Grading (IMG) Supervisor to oversee daily forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations within a start-up manufacturing facility. This role focuses on supervising production employees, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring product quality and safe, efficient processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership in forming press operations, material bonding, and surface finishing, and will help establish production

Qualifications

Experience supervising in-mold grading, forming, bonding, or related production processes.
Hands-on leadership in a start-up manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of safety standards and lean/5S practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily in-mold grading, forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.
Coordinate employee assignments, production schedules, and workflow across assigned operations.
Monitor forming press parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Oversee bonding and wrapping processes, ensuring proper material alignment and adhesion.
Troubleshoot production issues and equipment performance to minimize downtime.
