Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Stage Fluids Analysis Manager to lead a team of analysts in providing technical guidance for fluids dynamics and thermal systems across the Terran R program.

You will apply first-principles thinking, mentor engineers, and define analyses to support design, testing, and flight operations. This on-site role offers impactful work on propulsion, stages, and vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• +7 years of relevant aerospace experience across at least 1 vehicle program lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering hardware on complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Python for scientific computing and automated test/simulation data analysis.
• Experience with 1D flow modeling and CFD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing fluids analysis team aligned with program milestones.
• Define, scope, and schedule required analyses to support program execution.
• Ensure analysis fidelity is appropriate for each phase of development.
• Mentor engineers and guide hardware owners to meet fluid requirements.
• Develop and execute CFD analyses for complex vehicle problems.
