Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams delivering hardware on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for scientific computing and automated data analysis.
• Experience performing 1D modeling of compressible and incompressible flow.
• Experience with CFD tools and workflows to inform hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-performing fluids analysis team aligned with program milestones.
• Define, scope, and schedule analyses to support program execution.
• Ensure analysis fidelity appropriate for each development phase.
• Oversee resource planning and analysis progression to meet timelines.
