Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant MLE experience delivering production ML systems at scale.
• Demonstrated Staff-level technical leadership; aligned multiple teams on ML systems.
• Strong track record building and shipping NLP models to production.
• Practical experience using LLMs in production for labeling and evaluation.
• Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MLEs and SWEs in ACU.
• Develop evaluation systems and quality monitoring systems for content signals.
• Drive operational excellence for ACU’s ML systems.
• Lead design and implementation of signals pipelines.
• Operate across the full ML lifecycle while championing responsible AI.
