Job summary

Melt, LLC is seeking multiple Directors/Producers to lead live-event production for the Topgolf Live Stadium Series Tour across college football venues starting at the University of Georgia. You will own event operations from planning and staffing through load-in, live execution, and load-out, coordinating across MELT, Topgolf, schools and partners.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in large-scale live events, with proven leadership, budgeting and staffing experience.

Qualifications

7+ years leading large-scale live events or stadium activations.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder, national-caliber productions.
Ability to own end-to-end production from planning to load-out.
Experience hiring/training 50+ event staff.

Responsibilities

Lead Director/Producer for one or more tour stops, overseeing planning, staffing, load-in, live execution and load-out.
Build and refine operational framework for large-scale stadium activations across markets.
Hire, onboard and train a large event staff across markets.
Develop ROS, Production Book, run sheets, staffing plans and production timelines; evolve into repeatable playbook.
Manage production budgets, vendor scopes, cost tracking and reconciliation.
Coordinate vendors across staging, AV, power, lighting, fabrication, signage and guest hospitality.
Develop staff training for live event operations and safety protocols.
Travel extensively and work long hours during active event windows.
