Responsibilities include coaching team members, coordinating with customers, and ensuring change orders and billing are documented accurately. A strong background in fire protection and blueprints is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field experience with fire sprinkler system installation.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 rules and necessary codes.
• Ability to read fire protection blueprints and use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprinkler installation projects and manage field personnel.
• Oversee materials ordering, subcontractors, and project budgets.
