Qualifications

• BS Engineering or Science degree.
• 8+ years manufacturing experience in GMP environment.
• MS or PhD preferred.
• Expertise in particle characterization and analysis.
• Experience with process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide global engineering leadership in spray-dried amorphous dispersions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for new technology development and deployment.
• Assist with technical evaluations and problem resolution including root cause analysis.
• Develop networks with manufacturing and development peers.
• Develop experimental programs and vessel scale-down models.
• Supervise laboratory experiments ensuring safety and quality.
• Prepare technical reports for knowledge sharing.
• Leverage external resources to stay current in technology.
