Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in research administration or grants management.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, Uniform Guidance, sponsor requirements, and best practices in research administration.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with faculty, staff, sponsors, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of sponsored research, from proposal development to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor requirements and applicable regulations.
• Review proposals and budgets for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
