Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Current, active license as Speech Pathologist; CPR certification as required.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises assistants and students per state/federal guidelines.
• Develops treatment plans and provides therapy aligned with reimbursement levels.
• Educates staff and third-party payers on benefits and functional outcomes of intervention.
• Completes documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
