Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of lead or trainer experience in a lab specimen processing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex problem resolutions and customer interactions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in test ordering policies and hospital processing procedures.
• Knowledge of Hospital LIS system (client specific).
• Print Quest performed testing reports and interpret flow/tracking data.
• Manage supply ordering and remote accessioning while training coordinators.
• Resolve complex quality issues and escalate trends to supervisors.
• Coordinate with Hospital Lab Manager and sales; maintain strong client communication.
