Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience.
• Medical background preferred, including terminology for clinical laboratory.
• Experience in a hospital laboratory environment preferred.
• Ability to enter data accurately at 6,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Willingness to sit or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Specimen processing and test send-out responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Print and review testing reports; interpret specimen flow and tracking data.
• Manage supply ordering and remote accessioning as applicable.
• Troubleshoot specimen-related issues and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide proactive customer support and liaison with hospital staff and Quest team.
