Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician (Certified) for our Bartlett Specialty Midtown location at 1588 Union. Must hold a national certification such as PTCB or NHA and a TN Pharmacy Tech License to qualify.

This role supports pharmacists, handles specialty medications, documents records, and assists with daily workflow to ensure compliant patient care. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacist with technical pharmacy services under supervision.
• Package, label, and document medication orders.
• Coordinate medication delivery and maintain required records.
• Operate pharmacy systems (workflow software, EMR) to process orders and record patient information.
• Maintain inventory, oversee recalls, and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Provide mentorship and support to technicians to improve efficiency and compliance.
