Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License registration with the State of Tennessee is required.
• PTCB certification must be completed within the first year of employment.
• Experience in a pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory management systems, set par levels and reorder points.
• Identify, remove and quarantine recalled items using partner systems.
• Process and create purchase orders per vendor requirements; resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Select product alternatives to manage shortages and supply chain issues.
• Complete routine ServiceNow tasks as scheduled.
• Support Inventory Management Team to improve department efficiency.
• Collaborate with the 340B team to ensure purchasing compliance and track 340B accounts.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting procurement and DSCSA compliance.
