Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a Director to lead special and alternative education programs nationwide. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with IEPs and licensing rules.

You will guide PBIS implementation, coordinate stakeholder relations, and support staff development while maintaining high standards for student outcomes and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups of students.
• Monitor student behavior and track educational progress.
• Attend regional activities and weekly Director’s Meetings.
• Develop and manage school budgets and financial reports.
• Maintain records, enrollments, transfers, and student data.
• Coordinate IEP meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Support PBIS program development and staff training.
