Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking an Advanced Research Associate to develop new spatial biology products and improve existing assays based on ISH/IHC. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings to the R&D team, while contributing to technical reports and SOPs.

Expected to work across R&D and quality systems, train colleagues, and support product commercialization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree in molecular biology, cell biology, life sciences, or related field.
BS + 3 years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 0-2 years experience.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of new advanced spatial biology products and applications.
Follow experimental design, execute, and document experiments to advance product development.
Analyze, interpret, and summarize data, present findings and propose next steps.
Own basic project deliverables and technical reports, SOPs and user guidance.
Execute tasks with independence, collaborating across R&D and other functions.
Produce high quality technical writing for project deliverables.
Train colleagues on procedures and core concepts.
Collaborate across teams to support product commercialization.
Support the Company's Quality System objectives.
