Job summary

Bio-Techne in California is seeking an Advanced Research Associate to develop new products and improve current offerings based on ISH/IHC-based assays. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings to the R&D team in a collaborative setting.

The role requires a degree in life sciences and 3+ years of industry experience, with strong microscopy, assay development, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Degree in molecular biology, cell biology, life sciences, or related field.
Minimum of B.S. + 3 years of relevant industry experience, or M.S. 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with microscopy and assay development.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of new spatial biology products and applications.
Follow experimental design, execute and document experiments.
Analyze, interpret, summarize data, present findings.
Own basic project deliverables and technical reports.
Execute tasks with independence, collaborating cross-functionally to meet timelines.
Contribute high-quality technical writing to project deliverables.
Train colleagues on procedures and core concepts.
Collaborate across teams to support product commercialization.
Support the Company's Quality System objectives.
