Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support a cutting-edge Research Audio team focused on spatial audio capture and emerging audio technologies.

You will partner with researchers, engineers, and leads to manage multiple R&D workstreams from planning through completion. The role emphasizes sprint planning, project tracking, documentation, stakeholder reporting, and procurement support in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, research, or product teams.
• Experience with sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience maintaining project plans, risks, dependencies, and docs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple R&D projects from planning through completion.
• Drive sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain project plans, task boards, schedules, deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, gaps, and blockers.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support procurement of research equipment and vendor services.
• Coordinate program meetings and documentation.
• Support day-to-day operational needs of the team.
