Job summary

Array Labs is hiring a Staff Electrical Design Engineer to design and validate digital and mixed-signal electronics for radar payloads and satellite platforms. You will tackle high-speed interfaces, timing, power regulation, telemetry hardware, and fault-tolerant avionics, bringing hardware from concept through to production.

You will collaborate with RF, antenna, mechanical and systems teams, lead prototyping and test campaigns, and mentor junior engineers while improving designs based on lab

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electronics design, bring-up, and test.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn rapidly and work under time constraints.
• Self-motivated and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced electronic platforms, from architecture to manufacturing
• Work with RF, antenna, digital, and mechanical design engineers to validate spacecraft electronics
• Create requirements, perform system trades, select components, capture schematics, design complex electronic assemblies
• Lead prototyping, hardware bring-up, debug, manufacturing, and test campaigns
• Rapidly iterate on and improve electronic designs based on lab, environmental and on-orbit testing
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentorship of junior engineers
