Job summary

Array Labs is developing a fleet of radar payloads and advanced earth observation satellites. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to design and validate digital and mixed‑signal electronics for spacecraft platforms.

You will work on high‑speed interfaces, timing, power regulation, telemetry hardware, and fault‑tolerant avionics, guiding hardware through bring‑up and qualification. You will collaborate with RF, antenna, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure performance,

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4–7 years of experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles, strong hardware track record beneficial.
• Hands-on hardware development from concept to production is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and validation of digital and mixed-signal electronics for radar payloads.
• Collaborate with RF, antenna, mechanical, and systems engineers to verify spacecraft electronics.
• Create requirements, trades, schematics, and manage manufacturing of complex assemblies.
• Lead prototyping, bring‑up, debug, and test campaigns; drive qualification.
• Iterate designs based on lab, environmental, and on‑orbit testing results.
