Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 9+ years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced power hardware for space-qualified systems.
• Translate requirements into electrical specifications and power architectures balancing cost and schedule.
• Design and analyze AC/DC and DC/DC converters, battery chargers, and power management circuits.
• Perform detailed analysis of voltage regulation, ripple, thermal, EMI/EMC, and reliability.
• Mentor power engineers and collaborate with manufacturing and systems teams.
• Support risk reduction, obsolescence, and long-lead material considerations.
• Prepare trade studies and support proposals, IRAD, and new business opportunities.
