Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies in Colorado Springs seeks a Space Force ISR Instructor/SME to lead courses for SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC, developing curricula and delivering instruction in a classified environment. This role requires hands-on classroom delivery, scenario-based training, and assessment of students to ensure readiness for current and emerging Space Force ISR missions.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years supporting USSF ISR missions, and 4+ years of professional

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 10+ years supporting USSF ISR missions.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional instruction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering instructor-led or classroom training in DoD/IC environments.
• Experience developing Programs of Instruction (POIs) and courseware.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• On-site availability at Peterson Space Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Lead course development and primary instruction for SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC.
• Serve as ISR subject matter expert ensuring curriculum accuracy and relevancy.
• Train students using real-world operational scenarios.
• Coordinate with mission partners to reflect current operational needs.
• Deliver instruction in classified training environments.
• Maintain POIs, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Support continuous improvement with feedback and lessons learned.
