Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years hands-on PCB testing experience.
• Ability to isolate hardware issues to component level root cause.
• Experience testing power electronics (DC/DC, sequencing, protection).
• Comfortable on-site in a lab with flight hardware; strong documentation skills.
• Experience with FPGA, microcontroller, or microprocessor interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform board-level bring-up, functional and design verification testing.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics, layouts, data sheets and design intent.
• Analyze anomalies and drive root-cause identification of failures.
• Validate power rails, heater drivers, analog front ends, digital interfaces, protection circuits.
• Develop and refine test steps as procedures evolve.
• Document findings and provide actionable feedback to design teams.
• Support failure analysis and re-testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
