Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce all food for ala carte and oversee daily production, waste and adherence to SOPs for hot and cold lines.
• Oversee food costs and labor costs for ala carte, take corrective actions to meet financial goals.
• Attend monthly kitchen meetings and communicate with the South Course Food & Beverage Manager daily.
• Taste all food produced for ala carte to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and workmanship standards; ensure cleanliness of station and walk-in coolers.
