Qualifications

• 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1 at management level.
• Experience in food service operations like restaurants or education.
• Ability to motivate and manage back-of-house associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking preparation and menu planning.

• Manage cost controls and food expenditures.

Skills

5 years of culinary experience

Supervisory and leadership skills

Knowledge of food and industry trends

MS Office skills, including Excel

ServSafe or Department of Health Certification
