Compass Group USA, Eurest division, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Abbott Labs in Tipp City, OH. You will supervise cooks and food-service staff, ensure recipe standards, and coordinate daily kitchen operations.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with nights as needed. At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required. Pay range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Full-time schedule; Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; nights as needed.
• Experience supervising kitchen or food-service staff.

Responsabilidades

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; schedules, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food per safety procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and monitors inventory and deliveries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
