Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a Sous Chef II to lead a kitchen team and craft fresh, inspired menus for corporate dining and catering. This full-time role includes benefits, provided meals, uniforms, and a schedule that supports quality of life in a family-owned environment.

You will guide a talented kitchen team, prepare diverse dishes, and help shape dynamic corporate dining programs while upholding high standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or catering production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production orders.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• COVID-19 safety protocols followed.

Responsibilities

• Directly prepare soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items.
• Supervise at least two full-time kitchen staff.
• Set up the station prior to service with needed equipment.
• Assist management in purchasing, inventory control, and training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
