The ideal candidate has 4+ years as Sous or Exec Chef, strong leadership, and a passion for excellence. You will manage inventory, costs, and vendor relationships while maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• At least 2 years of that experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of food, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and quality standards.
• Commitment to excellence, detail, and consistency in execution.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chef in all kitchen operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and plating.
• Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
