Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead the Garrison Oak Steakhouse kitchen and drive diverse food offerings in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
The role requires 5–7 years in senior kitchen roles, a 4-year related degree, and Kentucky racing and gaming license eligibility. Strong leadership, budgeting, and food safety focus are essential.
Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.
A Chef de Cuisine is to lead our kitchen team and create a diverse food offering. The Chef de Cuisine contributes to the success of the Food & Beverage department by directing and guiding the restaurant operations to ensure positive guest experience while ensuring company profitability.
