Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring Senior Cooks for full- and part-time roles at our Culver City location. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A minimum of four years in a high-volume restaurant is required.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with an internal employee referral bonus. As part of our team, you will help prepare varied entrees, supervise cooking activities, and maintain strict safety and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant required.

Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
