Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Assist with food prep, line execution, plating, and service.
• Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, storage, and kitchen safety.
• Assist with staff scheduling and banquet/catering execution.
