Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, coordinate with BOH and FOH teams
• Monitor food safety, waste reduction, and inventory control
• Assist in creating daily specials aligned with seasonal trends
• Ensure recipes and plating guides are followed for consistency
