Weller's Bistro in Ogden, UT is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help us continue crafting authentic German dishes.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, oversee food prep, assist in menu planning, and lead kitchen staff during service, while maintaining clean, organized workspaces and ensuring consistency.

We prefer 5+ years in a professional kitchen; knowledge of German cuisine is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role.

• Interest in German cuisine is a plus but not required.
