• Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Run BOH shifts and ensure efficient operations including food prep and cooking.
• Lead BOH pre-shift meetings and participate in line checks.
• Maintain recipe books in collaboration with GM/chefs.
• Perform regular line checks to ensure menu item quality.
• Purchase and order food products and supplies daily.
• Assist with tracking and controlling food cost.
• Coordinate FOH-BOH communication on production and timing.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff with management.
• Promote teamwork across all teams.
