Job summary

Together & Company is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to elevate our culinary department in Central Ohio. You will lead daily production, train new team members, and maintain a safe, engaging work environment while balancing administrative duties to keep tasks on track.

Ideal candidates excel in food safety, team leadership, and on-time execution for events, with the ability to manage labor and coordinate with executive chefs during pre-shift briefings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in culinary leadership role.
• Experience in catering chef roles preferred.
• Proficient in cold and hot production.
• Flexible schedule and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support department leadership and uphold company values.
• Manage kitchen productivity and scheduled labor hours.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
• Lead event prep, timelines, and staffing for assigned caterings.
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, and special client requests for events.
